Doorway outward opening, cubicle floor size small, toilet seat height between 460-480mm, grab rails and wash basin. The accessible entry to the hotel is via bottle shop, it is usually gated/locked by metal concertina door. Ask staff for assistance at the doorway of the bottle shop to open the gate.

One unisex toilet is located on the Ground floor of the pub behind the dining area. Portable ramp to negotiate step available from staff on request. Key available from staff.

Accessible parking is located at Pacific Waves car park and 2 spaces available north on Whistler Street corner of Sydney Road T-junction.
