- Access: Has the following difficulties: slope and ramp . Access by car is possible via a driveway from Raglan Street to the Pavilion base, northern side, where two accessible parking spaces are located. However, there is no level access to the amenities from there.
- Note: Doorway wide, door outward opening, cubicle floor space large, toilet seat height low, grab rails and wash basin.
- Parking: Toilet located at the base of Manly Oval Pavilion, southern side. Wheelchair access is possible only via ramps and a gate located at Sydney Road fence.
