Puffing Billy's Lakeside Visitor Centre is a public facility (no rail ticket required); free entry. Changing Places facility is located inside the Visitor Centre, adjacent to the Railway Cafe. Ramp access throughout. Please bring your own MLAK key to access the facility. Emergency/Loan key available
